your space, your pace
Our first session is all about getting to know each other. You’ll have a chance to share what’s been going on for you, what you’re hoping to get out of counselling, and anything you’re feeling unsure about. There’s no rush and no pressure—we go at a pace that feels right for you.
Therapy that fits you
Integrative counselling means we don’t stick to just one way of working. we draw from a mix of approaches—like person-centred, CBT, psychodynamic and mindfulness—to shape sessions around your unique needs. Whether you’re looking for practical tools, emotional support, or space to reflect, we’ll find what works best for you.
A real, human connection
Counselling isn’t about fixing you—it’s about walking alongside you. We’ll offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly. We’ll work together to make sense of things and help you feel more grounded and empowered.
Growing together
As you grow and change, our sessions will too. Integrative counselling is flexible, so we can adapt as your needs evolve. Whether you’re navigating a tough time or simply want to understand yourself better, this is a space for you to feel supported, seen, and heard.
